If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or video recordings, please inform a member of staff prior to or during your appointment, or clearly state this in your booking notes. Whilst we take reasonable steps to accommodate all preferences, The Hotspot cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background footage unless prior notice has been given.
