Cancellation Policy
At The Hotspot, we value our clients and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy: No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, your card will be automatically charged the full cost of the treatment. This is because last-minute no-shows leave us with insufficient time to fill the appointment slot. Late Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost, as it becomes difficult to accommodate another client at such short notice. • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will not be charged; however, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be carried over to a future booking. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact both our business and other clients who may have wanted the appointment.
