Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy At The Hotspot, we value both our clients and our time. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to everyone, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following booking and cancellation policy. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without providing any notice, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged. Last-minute no-shows leave insufficient time to reallocate the appointment, resulting in lost time and income. Cancellation Policy Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will require the remaining balance of the treatment to be paid in full. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur the remaining balance; however, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or, where necessary, the appointment being cancelled and treated in line with the above policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as late cancellations and no-shows impact both our business and other clients waiting for appointments.
