At The Hotspot, we regularly capture photographs and video content within the salon for marketing, promotional, educational, and social media purposes. This may include general salon footage and client interactions with our team. We are committed to respecting our clients’ privacy at all times. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or video recordings, please inform a member of staff prior to or during your appointment, or clearly state this in your booking notes. Whilst we take reasonable steps to accommodate all preferences, The Hotspot cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background footage unless prior notice has been given. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
